DHMS Activity Bus Sign Up
  • First: Use the map HERE to locate your activity bus route color, stop number, time and location.
  • Search for your home address to locate your nearest stop.  You may need to zoom out to see the closest stop. 
  • Second: Fill out the form below and hit submit. 
  • Activity Bus Card: Your student will receive a yellow activity bus card from their coach/advisor.  Students should take a picture of it with their iPad and put it in the back of their iPad.  This pass will be good for any after school activity for the 2025-2026 school year.  Students need to show this pass to get on the activity bus.
