Learn the first 6 moves of WuHao Taiji (武郝太極) which is a combination of soft and firm movements designed to achieve self-control, balance and awareness through proper alignment of the body. Understand the concepts of mindfulness moving meditation with Stillness in Motion. All the movements on how to generate Qi will be explained in details during the entire course.
