This Registration Form is for The Bailiwick Academy Students who wish to join and actively participate, and claim their prizes in the event they win in the digital raffle as part of TBA's 5th Anniversary virtual celebration on January 16, 2023.  

The raffle is EXCLUSIVE to TBA students, hence, before filling up this form, make sure you're registered at www.thebailiwickacademy.com so we could check your affiliation with us.
