NEW student to LaSalle Elementary School District.
A new student is a student who has not attended school anywhere yet or whose last school was NOT in LaSalle Elementary School District. Students returning to LaSalle Elementary who completed the prior school year at LaSalle Elementary will register through TeacherEase.
Prior to your student starting school, you will be required to show proof of LaSalle residency. The first form must be one of the following: driver's license or state ID. The second form must be one of the following: current month utility bill, phone or credit card bill, or paycheck stub.
Registration will not be allowed without absolute proof of residence regardless of your attendance in the district. Proof submitted through this form will be reviewed by administration. You may be asked to submit additional documents.

Un estudiante nuevo es aquel que aún no ha asistido a ninguna escuela o cuya última escuela NO pertenecía al Distrito Escolar Primario de LaSalle. Los estudiantes que regresan a la Escuela Primaria de LaSalle y que completaron el año escolar anterior en dicha escuela se registrarán a través de
TeacherEase.
Antes de que su hijo/a comience las clases, deberá presentar un comprobante de residencia en LaSalle. El primer documento debe ser uno de los siguientes: licencia de conducir o identificación estatal. El segundo documento debe ser uno de los siguientes: factura de servicios públicos, factura de teléfono o tarjeta de crédito del mes actual, o recibo de nómina.
No se permitirá la inscripción sin un comprobante de residencia fehaciente, independientemente de si asiste o no al distrito. La administración revisará la documentación presentada a través de este formulario. Es posible que se le soliciten documentos adicionales.
