LRC – Reporting an Issue

The London RPG Community is committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment for everyone wanting to participate in role-playing games and other activities. 

If you have a concern about member safety or the conduct of another LRC member, please use this form to notify the Moderation team.

Your feedback helps us maintain a pleasant and welcoming experience for all members. This form is anonymous unless you choose to add your name, and all reports are strictly confidential.


For urgent issues, it is quicker to contact us on Discord: 
1. Please ping the Moderator team on Discord by typing ?mping
2. You can also use the @moderator tag in a Discord post on the LRC server

Moderators help maintain good community behaviour and safety. We manage breaches of the Code of Conduct, help to de-escalate conflict, and have the ability to give warnings and ban members.

NB the Moderator team are present on the main server channels, but do not routinely read or participate in every channel, in particular each game channel. When we receive a report, we will read back through the relevant channels if we need further context.

What happens next
Your report will be sent to the Moderator team. We will investigate your report and discuss it as a team. We may contact each party involved in the incident for further information.

The Moderators may then take the following actions as they deem necessary:
  • inform the parties directly involved of the outcome
  • issue strikes or warnings
  • issue a temporary ban
  • issue a permanent ban
Server bans are usually mentioned in the #announcements channel. Warnings are usually handled privately.

In addition to reporting another user, you can optionally Block or Ignore them by right-clicking on their name and selecting the best option.

Blocking a Discord user:
  • Prevents them sending direct messages
  • Prevents them pinging you with an @
  • Prevents them seeing your profile
  • Prevents them reacting to your messages
  • Hides their messages and reactions
Ignoring a Discord user is an undetectable way of muting them:
  • Doesn't stop them messaging you
  • Hides their messages and reactions from your view
