All vendors are encouraged to have city or state permit to sell product/food whichever may apply, unless your product is from a Direct Sale Company....

SPACE SHARING:
2 biz may share a space . You must be specified above (ie: handmade jewelry & Aprons or Plexus & Plunder)
EVENT SCHEDULED TIME IS: 9:30am -12:30 pm

WE ASK ALL PARTICIPATING VENDORS TO PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TODAY AND DO THE FOLLOWING:
1. GO TO FB EVENT AND GIVE A GOING WHICH THAT YOU ARE ATTENDING
2. AT THE TOP OF THE BOX IS AN ARROW OF "SHARE" DROP DOWN AND INVITE FRIENDS
3. PLEASE INVITE YOUR RELATIVES, CUSTOMERS, TO THE EVENT.-- GOAL IS FOR EACH VENDOR BRING IN 10 ATTENDEES.
RGV Queens will Be using media package:Radio Interview, Newspaper The Monitor a Sunday prior to event, *TV interview

Set-up/clean-up Time
Set up for vendors start at 9:00am, and must be completed 5 minutes prior to the event at 9:30 a.m.
Clean-up/Teardown: ALL VENDORS MUST BE OUT BY 1PM - to avoid penalties from the venue and abide the following

Library's guidelines:
All decorations should be freestanding . Materials may not be attached to any walls, windows, doors or furnishings by any form of tape, pin or nail. Certain types of decorations are not allowed. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:
a. Confetti
b. Decorative stickers, tape, or push pins
c. Decorations incorporating metallic glitter
d. Bubble, fog and smoke machines
e. Open flames, candles, incense or any device emitting smoke or smell...let us consider others.
f. Any item that would cause permanent damage to fixtures and furniture
g. no tents, no helium balloons
h. no smoking or alcoholic beverages

Vendors assigned in the GALLERIA must NOT use MPL furniture for personal use (tables and chairs from the cafeteria or meeting, conference rooms) YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN SETTING (TABLE, CHAIR, RACK ETC) Are not allowed to move any furniture or wall paintings from the wall or cover with your signage.
VENDORS ASSIGNED IN THE MEETINGS ROOMS ARE ONLY ALLOWED TO USE THE 1X6' TABLES AND CHAIRS.
Let's be considerate with our vendor neighbor with products displayed to allow attendees to appreciate everyone’s product/service.
Each participating Vendor must be on SATURDAY SEPT 30th at 8:30am at the Parking Lot door corridor (NOT MAIN ENTRANCE) to meet up prior to setup to review MPLibrary guidelines and policies, Q&A and any pending items-
We ask all VENDOR BLENDER VENDOR to PLEASE DO NOT enter premises prior than 9am-

VENDOR AGREEMENT
I have read rigorously the application and will abide by it. Also, I agree to pay the vendor space which IS non-refundable.
Space consists of approx. 6'X5' (must bring my own setting inside the McAllen Public Library Lobby/Galleria. If I choose -Meeting Room A&B library provides only 1x6' tables few or bring your own 6' table--you will have 2 tables 1x6 and 2 chairs or bring my own..
I grant permission to use pictures provided to be used for promotional purposes, and any photos taken during the event. I understand that I’m responsible for transporting/supplying my display (tables, chairs,), setting up and take down all my business goods. This event is a first come first reserve, payments must be made in full to reserve your space. Event time is from 9:30am to 12:30pm I do hereby agree not to hold RGV Queens staff or the McAllen Public Library staff/venue responsible for any claims of any kind, including negligence for any bodily injury, loss/damage arising out the display of vendor space held on SEPT/30/2017
