3. Kerry Harder will confirm participation by email and provide further details on the institute logistics and accommodation options.
4. Please refer to the Payment section of the website for payment deadlines
5. A cancellation prior to 10 days ahead of the workshop date will result in a full refund. Cancellation with less than 10 days notice, will incur a $ 50 USD charge.
