FlexGC is a grassroots collective of federal public servants from all levels, backgrounds, and locations who work across the Government of Canada (GC). We are not affiliated with any department or agency.

We use a human-centered approach to help federal colleagues identify the tools, best practices and mindsets needed to have success working from wherever they may be.

Your answers to this questionnaire will remain anonymous. The information collected will be used in 3 ways: 1) it will inform the development of future products, 2) it will provide us with supporting data that will help us advocate for policies in support of remote and flexible work, and 3) it may be shared, anonymously, in the form of user stories as part of our communications and outreach strategy.
