AHS Family Engagement Survey
The Unified School District of Antigo, including the Antigo High School is implementing a culturally responsive multi-level system of supports. This is a framework to ensure that we meet the needs of all students by providing academic and behavioral supports of increasing intensity based on student need. These supports are commonly known as PBIS and RtI. The answers you provide will assist us with better family communication and increased student support.
If you have questions about this survey, please contact Anita Mattek at amattek@antigoschools.org or 715-623-7611 Ext.: 2159.
