CAEAA 2020 State Conference

To register, you must submit this form online and mail a printed copy, with payment, to Veronica Montes, CAEAA Treasurer, Culver City Adult School 4909 Overland Avenue Culver City, CA 90230. Your registration is not complete and will not be honored if both are not done. To print a copy, simply print a copy of the receipt that is automatically emailed to you once you complete this form.

Registration is limited to the first 150 people. Seating is limited.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: Cancellations must be submitted to Veronica Montes via e-mail at veronicamontes@ccusd.org on or before January  3, 2020. Cancellations will be subject to a $20.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations received after 1/3/2020 will result in loss of all registration fees. No refunds for cancellations after 1/3/2020 and funds will not be advanced as a credit towards any future events.

Membership paid now will include the remainder of the  2019-2020 membership year.  Membership is normally from July 1 to June 30.
