Summit Lunch Programs Winter 2018
Summit Heights Winter Lunch Programs will start on Friday January 12, 2018 and will finish the week of March 5, 2018. In the winter session, Friday programs will have only 7 sessions due to PA days (no sessions Friday Jan 19 or Feb 16, 2018). The fees for Friday programs have been adjusted to reflect the reduced number of classes.

Winter 2018 Lunch Programs
Please select an option for each day of the week. If you do not wish to register for a program on a certain day of the week, please choose the option "NONE" for that day. Check carefully to make sure that your child's grade matches the grade range for each selected program. PLEASE NOTE: Additional teacher-run 'free' lunch time programs and clubs may be announced at a later date.

LUNCH PROGRAM POLICIES
1. To complete your registration request, you must submit a cheque (one cheque PER CHILD PER PROGRAM please) payable to "SUMMIT HEIGHTS SCHOOL COUNCIL" to your child's teacher by December 15, 2017. Online payment is NOT available at this time. Please write the name of the lunch program on the front of your cheque. If you need financial assistance to participate, please speak to Mr Mah or your child's teacher by no later than December 15, 2017. If your cheque or a request for financial assistance is not received by the deadline, your request for registration may be cancelled.

2. SPOTS are NOT GUARANTEED: If interest exceeds program capacity, participants will be chosen by lottery from those received by the deadline. If you don’t get a spot, you will be given priority in the SAME PROGRAM in the next term. If the same program is not offered again, you will get priority in ONE program of your choice. Please note: forms MUST be received BY THE DEADLINE to participate in any lottery or to receive priority in the next term. A confirmation of registration will be sent to you by email by no later than January 8, 2018.

3. Behaviour Policy: All programs require that students behave respectfully, listen, co-operate with instructors, follow rules, participate in activities and help to clean up. If there are behaviour concerns in a lunchtime program, parents will be contacted. If a parent has to be contacted more than twice, the student will not be allowed to continue in the program. NO REFUND will be given if a student is removed from a program due to poor behaviour.

4. Students must register for the entire 8 week session. Fees cannot be pro-rated for family vacations or other absences. No make up classes are available. Refunds will not be given for missed sessions.

5. If a student is not happy in a program, a refund may be requested prior to the START of the 2nd class. NO REFUNDS will be given after the second class has occurred for any reason.
