Wave-Particle Duality: The Heart of Quantum Physics
Quantum physics is the most successful model in the history of science. This interactive session will use the double-slit experiment to explore how the concept of wave-particle duality underpins much of quantum physics. We'll discuss how you can use frequently taught concepts in waves (eg. interference, diffraction, and superposition) to teach your students about quantum physics. The content is part of Perimeter Institute’s “The Challenge of Quantum Reality” classroom resource.
