Thank you for your interest in volunteering at Rock Haven. We will have many positions available. Please indicate which position you're interested and when you'll be available. Don't worry if you're unable to volunteer for the entire day, the timeframes mentioned below only indicate the duration of need for that position. We will do our best to place you with your position of interest, but flexibility may be required.
Rock Haven will occur on Saturday, April 29, 2023. The gate will open at 12:00 PM to accept attendees and the headliner will finish playing at 10:00 PM. We're looking to start set-up at 9:00 AM and expect the final guests to leave the parking lot at 11:00 PM, with volunteers leaving by midnight. We may also perform clean-up on Sunday, depending on the end of the event on Saturday.
- General grounds set-up: arrival starting at ~9:00 AM
- General grounds clean-up (Saturday): finish by midnight
- General grounds clean-up (Sunday): TBD
- Parking lot attendant: 11:30 AM to ~11:00 PM
- Gate attendant (day-of ticket sales, scanning pre-bought tickets, and collaborating with security): 11:45 AM to ~11:00 PM
- Merchandise sales: 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- Bounce house attendant: 12:00 PM to sunset
- Kids play area attendant (tennis court transformed for kids games): 12:00 PM to sunset
- Lake Watch (walk patrol around the lake): 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- Runner/floater/information team (general event management: assist coordination of bands/vendors/food trucks, possible beer sales ID checks, stagehand assistance, etc.): 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM
