Hiring programmers - How?
This survey seeks to identify which factors are important for you as an organization when hiring a recently (or soon to be) graduated computer programmer. Full-time experience in a relevant job is not included because this survey is specifically about those without such experience. We assume that this process happens in roughly two stages. The first is finding a candidate interesting enough for a first meeting. The next phase is sitting down with the candidate and ultimately deciding if the candidate should be hired. If you are unable to answer a specific question, feel free to leave it unanswered.

We thank you in advance for your cooperation. We will not collect any identifying information, and answers will only be presented at an aggregated level. By helping us out with this survey, you contribute to our understanding of the hiring process of computer programmers. We intend to write a research paper to share this knowledge. The survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. You may answer in any Scandinavian language or in English.
