RULES:
You must be 21 or older to rent the Ruritan Hall and you, the renter, must be present during the event.
Hall must be clean and everyone exit the property by 10 pm.
No smoking inside or within 20 feet of any doorway.
NO ALCOHOL or DRUGS - NO EXCEPTIONS!
No gambling of any kind is permitted.
Outside buildings and barbecue pits are off-limits.
No pets allowed.
No decorations attached to any painted surfaces (ceilings!). Decorations may be attached with masking tape only and all tape must be removed before leaving.
The building and property are to be left in the same clean manner as when rented.
Three trash bags are provided by the club. All trash is to be removed from the property and disposed of by the renting person.
No Ruritan property (plaques, pictures, flags, etc.) are to be moved from their locations.
All chairs are to be placed back in the racks and in the designated location. Tables that are standing may be left standing.
NO RUNNING ALLOWED inside of the building.
Parking must be on Ruritan property. Do NOT park in driveways on the north or south side of the Ruritan. These are private drives.
If your booking request is accepted, you agree that the information you supplied is truthful and accurate and you agree to abide by the Rules. You agree to accept responsibility for damages caused by anyone in your party and further agree that any discovered violations of the rules or lying on this application will result in immediate cancellation of the remainder of your rental period with NO REFUND!
If your request is accepted, you will receive an invoice to the email address below for a $50 deposit upon approval. Balances must be paid in full no later than 60 days before the event. Failure to pay the balance on time will result in the booking being canceled with no refund of the deposit.
Inspections may occur by any authorized Ruritan representative at any time during the event. Violations of the Rules or law will result in immediate cancellation of the balance of the rental period with NO REFUND.
Cancellations may be requested up to 60 days in advance of the event and will result in a full refund.
