RULES:*must be an amateur fermenter, not a business*must submit ferment to Will Call between 12PM and 3PM day of festival*must be present to win at the Get Cultured Stage at 5:30pm
Any home fermented food or beverage can be submitted to the competition. Please bring your ferment to the festival in a jar with a lid and bring enough so that 5-7 judges can taste your product. Your home ferment cannot be sampled out to the festival audience.
SUBMISSIONS MUST BE RECEIVED AT THE WILL CALL BOOTH/FESTIVAL ENTRANCE BY 3PM ON MARCH 24.
