The Trust & Safety industry is growing fast and we need as much knowledge shared as possible. To accelerate this,
have created "T&S Mentor Match" which is a simple privacy-preserving way to connect people who want some advice with people who want to give advice.
You're in control - If you're interested and able to be a mentor, please fill out the application below. While every mentor-mentee relationship varies, you are in control and can dedicate as much or as little time to mentoring as you are able.
Anyone can be a mentor - If you have useful T&S knowledge that may help someone else, share it! You can be a mentor and should fill out this form. Please note we strongly encourage mentors who have at least 1-2 years experience working in a T&S role.
It's a DIY solution - Bookmark this Google form as it controls what information appears in the
Mentor Match directory. Think of this form as your profile page, essentially.
Use this form to update your listing - You can always come back to the application to update / edit your listing in the main T&S Mentor Match spreadsheet. To enable this, we collect your email but we will not display your email in the public spreadsheet.
It all happens via LinkedIn DMs and Calendly - To keep things simple, you simply list your LinkedIn profile and / or Calendly URL and then people looking to have you mentor them will reach out to you. As a mentor, you're expected to respond to people who reach out to you via LinkedIn DMs or connection requests.
