Role Description:
The Dhaka-based Marketing Associate will lead the expanding user acquisition and engagement efforts, with a particular focus on the Dhaka WASA account. Reporting to the Country Director, the Marketing Associate will define, communicate and execute a cohesive demand generation strategy and develop the marketing operations and analytics infrastructure to support that effort.

Focused on growing end users, this associate will build marketing funnels and campaigns primarily for the Dhaka WASA account management team but also for the Bangladesh DPHE and Unilever Transform accounts as well which are focused on Chittagong and Rural Bangladesh. This would be the first dedicated marketing resource for Drinkwell and offers an opportunity for rapid growth as the company looks to dramatically scale through secured orders over the next 9 months.

Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
(1) Execute a strategy to build, grow, track, and improve the Demand Generation effort with the goal of growing our end user base by engaging marketing agencies and online outsourcing platforms such as Upwork for ideating, devising and executing marketing collateral
(2) Coordinate with stakeholders such as Dhaka WASA, partner NGOs, and donors to organize demand generation activities and account-based marketing strategies.

Primary duties include:
(1) Reporting weekly on end user growth, campaign efficacy, and what to try next.
(2) Ownership in marketing program management, including cross-team development of strategies for new prospect acquisition, continued prospect engagement, and channel partnerships.
(3) Role involves frequent travel across Dhaka WASA ATM Booth sites to oversee marketing campaign performance. Current footprint can be found here: http://drinkwellsystems.com/utilities/. Target is to have 300 Water ATM Booths online by June 2019.

(1) 1-3 years of experience executing awareness campaigns to support demand generation and drive leads to sales, ideally around end user demand generation preferably with low income community settings. Experience working with water awareness /urban WASH campaigns preferred.
(2) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to collaborate; effectively working across multiple levels, roles, and functions in the organization.
(3) Proficient with MS Office as well as online collaboration tools such as Google Drive/Google Suite (e.g., Google Sheets, Google Docs).
