The city of Hasselt officially welcomes the international students of Hasselt and Diepenbeek to the town hall 't Scheep. Get to know each other better over a real Hasselt beverage. The mayor or alderman will also be present to toast with you. Then we start with guided tours through the center of Hasselt where you will receive a lot of fun facts and practical information. We'll end the evening with free karaoke, in collaboration with the student association ESN.
Registration is possible until 23 september.

Stad Hasselt heet de internationale studenten van Hasselt en Diepenbeek officieel welkom in het stadhuis ’t Scheep. Leer elkaar beter kennen bij een echt Hasselts drankje. Ook de burgemeester of de schepen zal aanwezig zijn om samen met jullie te klinken. Daarna starten we met rondleidingen door het centrum van Hasselt waarbij je heel wat leuke weetjes en praktische info krijgt. We eindigen de avond met karaoke, in samenwerking met de studentenvereniging ESN.
Je aanwezigheid registreren kan tot en met 23 september.
Timing:
19.00 uur – Welcoming international students / Verwelkoming internationale studenten (location: stadhuis 't Scheep, Limburgplein 1, Hasselt)
19.45 uur – Guided tours in smaller groups through the center of Hasselt / Rondleiding met gids in kleine groepen door het centrum van Hasselt - FULL/VOLZET
21.00 uur – Free Karaoke in Nocturna / Gratis karaoke in Nocturna (Kempische Steenweg)
