This Is My Voice on T: 
a virtual meet-up for people who use testosterone, or have used it in the past, or might use it in the future!

Come to talk about your voice or just to be a supportive listener to others. Each monthly meet-up will be a one-hour session that includes discussion questions, personal sharing from group members, Q&A, and practice using our voices. Participants are encouraged to share their experiences and ask questions but are not required to speak or appear on camera. 

This is a FREE monthly event with a virtual "tip jar” for the facilitator. Participants are invited to make a donation in the range of $1-20 for each session they attend to help sustain this monthly service. There is no fee required to register!

This Is My Voice on T is a space for trans, nonbinary, intersex, and other gender expansive people. Although we love and appreciate our cisgender allies, we ask that you do not register for this event(s) unless you personally use T (or have used it in the past, or might use it in the future). 

Voice teachers, music directors, SLPs, voice therapists, and other voice educators who are not personally using testosterone but wish to learn more about testosterone's effects on the voice are invited to check out Working with Singers on Testosterone: An Online Info Session for Voice Educators.

1. Group participants must treat others with respect. Hate speech, harassment, bullying, and other harmful behaviors will result in immediate removal from the session. 

2. Participants may respond to explicit requests for feedback or advice, but will not offer unsolicited feedback or advice to other group members.

3. Participants agree to respect other group members' privacy by not sharing their personal details with others. 

4. Group members are welcome to participate in whatever way is most comfortable, and may feel free to fidget, stim, eat a snack, close their eyes, knit, doodle, pet their cat or dog, or otherwise move their bodies. There is no requirement to speak on mic or appear on camera.

5. Participants will stay on mute when they are not speaking, to reduce background noises.

6. For the safety and privacy of all group participants, meet-up sessions will never be recorded. If a participant attempts to record a session, Zoom will block them from doing so, and will immediately send a notification to the group's facilitator.

7. Participants are not permitted to offer services of any kind (either paid services or free services) to other group members.

8. This group's facilitator reserves the right to remove group members who violate these rules.
