Hello! My name is Lily Xu, and I’m a co-founder of Ability Enabled, a software startup creating more inclusive workplaces for people with disabilities (PWD). We decided to tackle this problem because we recognize that there are plenty of well-meaning companies who are inadvertently placing barriers in the way of their employees with disabilities and subsequently violating ADA regulations. Right now, my team and I are conducting discovery interviews to ensure that the solution we build addresses real needs for employees with disabilities.
