2019 Rockford City Market - Pet Market Pop Up

Thank you for your interest in the 2019 Pet Market Pop Up inside the Rockford City Market building! The market will be held on November 9th from 10am-2pm. This Pop Up market is for local vendors and retailers who produce or sell their own items that are centered around a “pet” theme. PAWS will also be on site with puppies to participate in a “puppy yoga” event and hopefully encourage some adoptions. Acceptance will be decided by committee vote - applications will be looked at on a first come, first serve basis and booth fees will be due upon approval.

Date: November 9th, 10am-2pm

Fees:
$40 per space
Fees for all vendors are due once application is approved


Anyone wishing to become a vendor must submit this completed application and be selected through a committee approval process. A complete application includes
(1) A filled out and signed application
(2) Photos of the product, booth, and set-up which can be mailed with the application or emailed to rockfordcitymarket@rrdp.org. (Vendors who participated in a 2019 market with us will not need to submit pictures.)
(3) Agreement to pay booth fee on acceptance
(4) Signed Contract.
To ensure a wide variety of goods at the market, the number of vendors in each category may be limited.
