Bus Transportation Registration Form
Welcome to the Bus Transportation Registration Form! We are excited that this data collection will lead to an overall improved experience for our families and students.
As of September 18, 2020, all new bus registration requests will be processed within one week. You will be notified by email when a bus stop has been assigned to your child. We are working to follow all COVID guidelines on safety and capacity, and as such, you may experience a short wait time before being assigned to a bus route. We appreciate your patience.
All families are required to complete this form regardless of whether they intend to use bus transportation. The last question of this form will collect information about whether your child walks to school, is driven to school, drives to school, or takes the bus. This information will help us account for every child.
Here are the steps:
Please complete and submit one registration form per student. Families with more than one child will need to submit a form for every child.
Registrations are required to secure a seat on a school bus.
