Program Overview
St. Francis de Sales School will continue to provide extended day care to families in the 2025-2026 school year.

All St. Francis students and families are invited to participate in the program. The program will have use of school facilities including the gym, playground, lunchroom, and classrooms. St. Francis aftercare program staff will include our teachers as well as dedicated program staff. All staff meet Archdiocesan safe environment requirements.

Students will be divided into at least three rooms based on age. Students in all rooms will be offered snack. In the early childhood room there will be play-based activities. The elementary room and middle school room both include time for students to complete homework.

Before care (for preschool students only) begins at 7:00 AM and ends at 8:30 AM when preschool starts.

After care begins at dismissal and ends at 6 PM on every school day (including early dismissals). There is a $3 charge for every 5 minutes a student is present past the 6 PM pick-up time.

Fee and Billing Information
Families may choose either the flat fee payment for the entire year (encouraged and eligible for FACTS payment plans) or the pay-per-use rates. Families that do not make a selection will automatically be enrolled in pay-per-use rates and charges will be added to the FACTS account monthly.

Please note that these answers can be modified later by contacting the school office. Your answers are non-binding and are used solely in helping us plan for and setup facility usage, staffing, FACTS billing, ordering materials and snacks, etc.
