Apply, Pitch, Win!
This application is one of two steps your organization must take to receive funding. After completing this application, you will be notified if you have been selected as a finalist. If your organization is selected, you are invited to attend our annual fundraiser to meet our Dr. Patty's Legacy Fund benefactors. You are welcome to bring printed materials and other handouts.

During the fundraiser, we will invite a spokesperson from each organization to pitch their nonprofit to the benefactors and they will vote for the best pitch. The winning pitch will go home with the grant and all of the finalists will hopefully make some valuable connections.
Guidelines
Dr. Patty's Legacy Fund offers targeted micro-grants to jump-start social change at a local level. Grants will be no more than $500. All are welcome to apply, but preference is given to applicants working within their own communities to create sustainable social change without large-scale support.

To apply for funding, follow the guidelines below:
   1. Read the Mission, Vision, Values, Goals, and Background article above to get an understanding of Dr. Patty and her legacy.
   2. Complete the contact information and application on the next tab.
   3. Submit your video telling us why your organization* should receive funding from the Dr. Patty's Legacy Fund and how your mission aligns with those stated above.
   4. A representative of your organization must be available to give your pitch at the fundraiser in March (exact date and time TBD) if selected as a finalist.

*Your organization must be a 501(c)3 registered nonprofit operating in Ohio.
