🗑️ Account Deletion / Password Reset Request Form

This form is intended for users who wish to permanently delete their account or reset their password. Read carefully before submitting.

  • You must submit this form using the same email address you originally used to sign up. Using a different email will result in processing delays, additional verification, or cancellation of the request.

  • We currently do not support password resets. Instead, your account will be deleted, and you will need to register a new one. (See below for details.)

Why we don’t offer password reset (yet):

  • As part of our platform’s evolving security standards, password reset functionality is temporarily unavailable to ensure sensitive recovery processes are not exploited. We are working on implementing a secure, verified email-based password reset feature. Users will be able to take advantage of this feature once their email address has been fully verified (coming soon).
