Call for ideas from the Biological Science Diversity Committee
The Biological Science Diversity Committee (Kim Hughes, Kate Hill and Nora Underwood) is soliciting ideas for projects to tackle. Please use this form to tell us about any concerns you have about inclusiveness or equitability (even if you don't have a solution to suggest) or any ideas you have for ways to improve inclusiveness or equitability. Ideas can be for anything from small changes we can make for free to big changes that will require submitting a funding proposal or changing university policy. Ideas can be submitted at any time.

We will come up with an order in which to tackle things based on both urgency and feasibility, and form ad hoc committees to work on problems or ideas as needed. If you are willing to lead or serve on an ad hoc committee to address your own ideas or the ideas of others please let us know.
