The Bruin Leaders Project is a hands-on, seminar-based leadership development program that strives to make its participants better students, better leaders, and better citizens. The seminars offered throughout the year cover a wide range of topics ranging from public speaking to conflict resolution and diversity to communication skills. Our mission is to help students to improve their leadership skills through interactive seminars.
BLP uses the Social Change Model of Leadership as its foundation basis. We use this non-hierarchical leadership model because we believe that leadership is a state of mind, and therefore anyone and everyone can be a leader. We encourage you to visit our website to learn more about the program and different seminars we have offered in the past - http://www.bruinleaders.ucla.edu
