Stability Leaders are role models who are willing to share their stories and provide positive examples of what it looks like to live with mental health conditions. To be a Stability Leader, we ask that you meet the following criteria:

•  In paid employment
•  Living with a mental health condition(s), such as depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, and bipolar disorder, per the National Alliance on Mental Illness definition(s)
•  Willing to openly speak out about your condition(s), using both your first and last name
•  Committed to taking individual and collective action to improve the lives of those living with mental health conditions
• Committed to staying healthy
