We’re excited to welcome your family to Bethel Learning Center! Please review the information below as you complete your child’s application.
1.Please fill out one form per child and indicate your class choice. Children must meet the age requirement for their class by September 1, 2025.
2. A application fee is required with your form: $100 for the first child and $55 for each additional child.
*Payment options: Check (made payable to Bethel Learning Center), online at www.blcelmhurst.org (“Pay Your Tuition”), or Zelle (blcelmhurst@blcelmhurst.org).
* Please note: fees are non-refundable unless we are unable to offer your child a placement.
3. For new families: After submitting your form, please call us at 630-279-4086 to schedule a family tour. Visiting our classrooms is an important step in completing your child’s registration and gives you and your child a chance to see our program in action
4. Once your form and fee are received, you’ll receive a confirmation email within 48 hours to confirm enrollment/ placement.
