SDA 2025–2026 Course Change Request (Join the Virtual Line!)
To request a course change for the 2025-2026 school year, this form must be completed and a parent or guardian must have approved the change. 

During this time, our counselors are giving their full attention to reviewing course change requests submitted through the Google Form—our virtual line. This helps ensure that every request is carefully considered before the school year begins. Counselors will initiate meetings with students as needed per the google form. We truly appreciate your patience and support as we work to help all students start the semester off right!

All schedules are subject to change based on the needs of the master schedule.

I understand that schedule change requests are to add/drop classes. Counselors cannot process specific period or teacher requests. No schedule changes will be made to accommodate any off-campus, extracurricular, or athletic activities. Please note that schedule change requests are not guaranteed as many classes are full. ALL changes are extremely limited and based strictly on availability.

I understand that the deadline to request changes will be Friday, January 9th, by 3:30pm. After this deadline, students will not be able to request changes.
