Peterborough "Pride in the Park" Event Booth Application
The 2017 Peterborough Pride "Pride in the Park" event takes place Saturday September 23rd at Millennium Park in downtown Peterborough (1 King Street) following Pride Parade (roughly 2:30 pm until 6:00 pm)
Details
• Booth spaces are approximately 10’ × 10’ in size (~100 sq ft).
• No electrical outlets, tables, chairs or canopies will be provided.
• Participants may provide their own canopy for their space.
• Booths should be set up between noon and 2:00 pm
(check-in at the Pride Information Booth upon arrival).
• All booths must be removed by 6:30 pm.

The booth fee is $25 for an Information booth or $75 for a Vendor booth. “Vendors” are defined as those participants who anticipate direct or indirect financial gains through their participation in this event. Payment arrangements will be provided to accepted applicants. No refund will be provided under any circumstances.

All messaging must be inclusive of our diverse communities. No incitement of hatred or discrimination will be condoned. Terms and Conditions
The applicant agrees to operate at the 2017 Peterborough Pride "Pride in the Park" in a manner consistent with the celebration of pride and positive values of diversity in the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transsexual, transgender, intersex, queer, questioning and 2 spirited communities.

The applicant has read and agrees to operate in a manner consistent with the Pride “Mission and Values” statements on the Pride website (https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B0aS_TMr2I3IUl91VUpjN2stMnc/view?usp=sharing)

The applicant agrees to assume responsibility for ensuring that those participating in their group will also operate in the manner described above.

The applicant and the collective individuals this application represents, waive, discharge, and save harmless, Peterborough Pride, its committee members and volunteers, The City of Peterborough, and all other insureds, OF AND FROM ALL claims, demands, damages, costs, or expenses in respect to death, injury, loss or damage to persons or property.

Peterborough Pride retains the right to refuse any application, without liability, that does not support the Pride mission, vision, and values or for other fair and valid reasons.
