Mentorship Program: Team Interest Form
DDN Inc. is piloting a mentorship program through which a DDN alum (who is not judging at Legends Partner Competitions this season) will be paired with a current team in the fusion circuit to provide assistance and feedback throughout the year.

Responsibilities:
  1. Create a meaningful relationship with your assigned mentor by exchanging periodic feedback on choreography, set design, practice videos, costumes etc.
  2. Maintain respectful and timely communication with your mentor.
  3. Give feedback to DDN Inc. on the mentorship program.
Eligibility:
  1. Must be an active fusion team with the intent of being competitive.
