Woodstock Neighborhood Yard Sale

Please fill out this form to participate in the Woodstock Neighborhood Yard Sale. 

  • Dates: July 25-26
  • Time: Saturday: 9-3 | Sunday: 10-2

The responses from this form will be used to create a map with sales details for each house participating in the sale. All answers are required.

Want to host a sale but don’t have a yard? You can use our sign-up form to request a 8'x10' space located in or around the Woodstock Community Center to host your sale!

Registration deadlines:

  • July 19th for inclusion in printed map
  • July 22nd for inclusion in online map

Please note:

  • Sale goes ahead rain or shine; no do-overs or refunds for poor weather
  • If selling food, you are responsible for all related regulations
  • Sales address must be in Woodstock (so that you fit on our map!)
  • Filling out this form does not guarantee you a space in/around the Woodstock Community Center to host your sale, as spots are limited. Confirmation of a spot will be sent via email closer to the event date.

The Woodstock Neighborhood Yard Sale is facilitated by the Woodstock Neighborhood Association, an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) nonprofit. We kindly ask that anyone requesting to be included in the official map make a $10 donation to support the WNA. Donations can be made online at https://woodstockpdx.square.site.
