If you would like Berkeley's Place to attend an event, it is recommended that requests be made a minimum of 90 days prior to the date of your event. Due to the busy nature of the Foundation's schedule, the earlier a request is received, the more likely we are able to plan and prepare.

Once this submitted form is received, it will be reviewed by our Special Event Coordinator and we will be in touch to notify the requester of the acceptance or decline of attendance at your event.
