Dear Programming Volunteers:

Thank you for being an active volunteer at the club! As a standard practice, to submit an event, please fill out this form and email it to Chloe Kiernan, Barrie Moskowitz, and cc Programming for approval (chloe.kiernan@gmail.com ; barrie@odabashsales.com; programming@hbscny.org ). We’ll get back to you within 48 hours.

Reminder: Please try to send event write up to Programming as early as possible (5-6 weeks prior to the event) so our members can register before the e-blast goes out. It’s one of the perks we promised our members. E-blast usually goes out 4 weeks prior to the event date.
