Educator Support Bundle Request Form
Little Dixie Regional Libraries (LDRL) are committed to providing resources and assistance to educators in Randolph and Monroe Counties. Our Educator Support Bundle allows local educators to submit an online request for their classroom and have library materials hand-selected by our Children’s Director. The materials can be scheduled for delivery directly to their school or picked up at the LDRL branch nearest to their school or home.

🍎 This free service is available to all educators at preschools, daycares, private schools, public schools, and homeschools.

The Educator Support Bundle service allows educators to request up to fifty items at a time, including DVDs, CDs, books, audiobooks, and items from LDRL's Library of Things. Requests can be made for specific titles or include materials about a subject, such as “planets” or “the water cycle”. Educators can also use the service to request materials to assist with lesson planning.

The Children's Director will contact you to schedule delivery/pickup after receiving your request.
If selecting delivery, please provide the address and any special instructions for the library courier.

Terms and Conditions *
Our Children's Director will contact you to confirm your request, schedule delivery and pickup details, and to notify you when your bundle is ready. Failure to to respond to library communications up to one week before the requested delivery date will result in the cancellation of your bundle request.

Changes can be made to bundle requests by contacting our Children's Director. Additional time may be required to complete an altered request.

The number of items available within the timeframe of your request may be limited. If the library materials you have requested are unavailable or we cannot meet your item minimum request, our Children's Director will contact you to discuss substitutions.

Bundles scheduled for pickup at an LDRL branch location will be held for one week. If you need an extension on your bundle's hold, please contact our Children's Director.
