This logbook provides the essential background information for students
participating in CPHS program. It serves as a record of
students’ achievements, study progress and learning activities from
the start until graduation. It is required that all
students be well organized when in the program. Use this calendar to help
organize your time
E-Logbook Protocol- As of
now, it is a requirement that an electronic logbook record must be maintained
every time during consultations with advisors.
- Progress Discussion and Conclusion: Following discussions on the progress of the
research project, advisees must draw conclusions in context. They are then
expected to fill out an online form, as Both parties should agree on the
content.
- Scheduling Meetings: Students are required to schedule next meetings
with their advisors for consultation.
- The E-logbook Progress & Conclusion must
attached in every Big step of Examination
- Always start filling in your name with a capital letter or Same Format from beginning for easier tracking
- **Ensure that every fill box is completed to prevent coding errors!!!!**
