Vendor Application - Dia de los Muertos
ABOUT THE EVENT:
This is the 7th annual celebration of Garden City Art's Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) Festival is Garden City, KS! The festival will include music, food, local art vendors, and free activities for the entire family!

TIME & LOCATION:
Sunday, October 28th from 1 - 5 PM.

Stevens Park

Garden City, KS 67846

ELIGIBILITY
Only vendors with handmade items will be accepted! All vendors must be 18+ or accompanied by an adult. Vendors are responsible for collecting and paying sales tax (8.65%) on all items sold. Good vendors must either have a food safety licence OR operate less than 6 days per calendar year as required by Kansas State Law.

FEES:
12x12 Booth Fee in the Park: $20
Food Booth: $50
**BOOTH FEE WILL BE WAVED FOR ORGANIZATIONS PROVIDING FREE ACTIVITIES!

ENTRY DEADLINE:
Saturday, October 21st

SETUP/TAKE DOWN
Vendors can start setting up at 11 AM. Please check-in at the registration table on the north side of the park by the band shell. No electrical outlets are available inside the park! Only food vendors will have access to electricity.

LIABILITY:
Garden City Arts accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to any vendor's property exhibited at the festival. Submission of the entry form constitutes permission to have one's images or art used or photographed for publicity purposes. Vendors are encouraged to provide their own insurance for their artwork if necessary.
