Purchase a Discount Card from LPS/Tenafly Chabad Academy - For $80 each family will receive TWO discount cards (one card and one key fob). This card entitles cardholders to discounts from many of our favorite local merchants. You can see the list of discounts at

Once you complete the form you need to pay $80 by going to

. There is a link to pay once you submit the form. You will receive one card and one key fob, these can be used by 2 members of your family.
