By signing up to the craft market you accept the following terms and conditions:
A table and chair for your own stall will be provided unless you have said that you will bring your own.
Stalls may be set up from 8.30am on the day and should be ready for a 10am opening and remain open for business until 2pm.
On arrival, please ask the craft market manager to show you your pitch.
Please unload in the car park and, unless you are mobility impaired, please then move your car to Alma Lane. There is plenty of parking there and it allows space close to the church for people who have mobility issues.
Stallholders are responsible at all times for their own stalls, equipment and sale and display items and all cash taken on the day, and must ensure personally that their stall is adequately and appropriately staffed.
Please ensure that you have your own public and product liability insurance and please send this to the Craft Market manager: craft@badshotleaandhale.org
Any toys must be made to current safety standards. Knitted toys must have stitched eyes rather than buttons and all materials must be to the correct safety standards. A useful guide can be found here:
https://www.hobbycraft.co.uk/toy-safety8 St. Mark’s Church takes no responsibility for any loss or damage to stallholder’s property.
Stallholders should also at all times have regard to their neighbouring stallholders to ensure a successful and happy event.
St. Mark’s Church cannot guarantee that your stall will be the only one of that kind at the market.
