請務必詳讀以下使用守則:

1.即日起,取消預約應於前一個工作天以電郵或電話通知取消,以免影響他人權益。未告知者記一次違規,累計二次違規取消使用權30日。
2.借用日期僅受理29天內(含當日)的預約。
3.借用時間一個設備以兩個小時為一時段,一天最多登記兩個時段(3D列印機除外)。
4.線上預約借用者須於當天櫃台出示證件,若無證件以供核對則取消該次使用權利,借用設備需暫押證件,使用完畢後由館員確認設備情形後歸還。
5.借用設備者須全程待在機台旁確認作品製作順利,如擅自離開,無法在作品製作有誤時即時處理造成機台損壞,將按創客空間管理辦法索取賠償。
6.借用設備製作或加工失敗,由使用者自行負責,本館不負賠償責任。
7.即日起,於預約時間20分鐘內未到,影響他人使用權益者,記一次違規,累計二次違規取消使用權30日。

1.Starting today, cancellations must bemade at least one business day in advance via email or phone. Failureto provide notice will be recorded as a violation. Accumulating two violations will result in a 30-day suspension of usage privileges.
2.Reservations for equipment usage are only accepted within 29 days (including the current day).
3.The borrowing time for each piece of equipment is divided into two-hour time slots, with a maximum of two time slots per day (excluding 3D printers).
4.Users who reserve equipment online must present identification at the counter on the reserved day. Failure to provide valid identification will result in the cancellation of usage rights. Borrowed equipment requires a temporary deposit of identification, which will be returned by staff after confirming the condition of the equipment following use.
5.Users must remain near the machine throughout the entire process to ensure smooth production of their work. If users leave without proper supervision and damage occurs to the equipment during production errors, compensation may be sought in accordance with the Maker Space management regulations.

The Library is not responsible for the custody or completion of works. Users are responsible for failed productions.
7.Starting today, failure to arrive within 20 minutes of the reserved time, thereby affecting others' usage rights, will be recorded as a violation. Accumulating two violations will result in a 30-day suspension of usage privileges.

Personal Information Collection Statement
國立政治大學達賢圖書館(以下簡稱本館)依據圖書館法提供服務,依據<個人資料保護法>第 8 條規定,告知下列事項。
一、蒐集個人資料的目的
本館因執行線上預約設備及場地、提供館藏資源利用、連繫預約狀況,以及辦理推廣活動等服務之需,必須取得您的個人資料。

二、蒐集個人資料之類別
您所提供之姓名、電子郵件信箱、學號/教職員工編號/校友借書證號等個人資料,本館將妥善保管與維護,並僅限於服務相關之個人身分識別、學習認證資料登錄、圖書館服務統計分析、設備及場地預約聯繫、各項服務執行之必要通知與聯繫目的之用。

三、個人資料利用期間、地區、對象及方式
您的個人資料僅供本館於中華民國領域,在前述蒐集目的之必要範圍內,以合理方式利用至蒐集目的消失為止。

四、個人資料之提供
1.您可自由選擇是否提供本館您的個人資料,惟若不提供、提供後請求刪除或停止處理、利用而經本館核准,本館將無法進行提供各項服務必要之審核及處理作業。
2.請提供您本人正確完整的個人資料,若您的個人資料有任何異動,請主動向本館申請更正。若您提供錯誤、過時、不完整或具誤導性的資料,而損及您的相關權益,本館將不負相關賠償責任。

五、個人資料之保密
本館將善盡個人資料保護之責。如因天災、事變或其他不可抗力所致者,致您的個人資料被竊取、洩漏、竄改、遭其他侵害者,本館將於查明後以電話、電子郵件或網站公告等方法,擇適當方式通知您。

六、當事人就個人資料得行使之權利
您可依<個人資料保護法>第3條規定,就所提供的個人資料行使以下權利:
(1)查詢或請求閱覽;(2)請求製給複製本;(3)請求補充或更正;(4)請求停止蒐集、處理或利用;(5)請求刪除。惟因本館執行業務所必須者,本館得不依請求為之。

七、本館得依法令或遵照主管機關、司法機關依法所為之要求,提供個人資料及相關資料。

In accordance with the Library Act, Daxian Library (hereinafter referred to as "the Library") provides services and informs you of the following matters in accordance with Article 8 of the Personal Data Protection Act.


1. Purpose of Collecting Personal Data
To execute online reservations for equipment and venues, provide access to library resources, manage reservation statuses, and organize promotional activities, the Library needs to obtain your personal data.

2. Categories of Personal Data Collected
The personal data you provide, such as your name, email address, student ID/faculty ID/alumni library card number, will be properly stored and maintained by the Library. This data will be used solely for identity verification related to services, logging learning certification data, statistical analysis of library services, reservation contact for equipment and venues, and necessary notifications and communications for various services.

3. Period, Area, Targets, and Methods of Using Personal Data
Your personal data will be used reasonably within the necessary scope of the aforementioned purposes, solely within the territory of the Republic of China, until the purposes of collection are achieved.

4. Provision of Personal Data
(1)You may choose whether to provide your personal data to the Library. However, if you choose not to provide it, or request deletion or cessation of processing/usage after provision and the Library approves such requests, the Library will be unable to process and review the necessary services.

(2)Please provide your accurate and complete personal data. If there are any changes to your personal data, please apply for corrections with the Library. The Library will not be liable for any damages to your rights resulting from incorrect, outdated, incomplete, or misleading data provided by you.

5. Confidentiality of Personal Data
The Library will fulfill its responsibility to protect personal data. In the event of theft, leakage, alteration, or other infringements of your personal data due to natural disasters, incidents, or other force majeure, the Library will notify you by phone, email, or website announcement upon verification of such events.

6. Rights of the Data Subject Regarding Personal Data
In accordance with Article 3 of the Personal Data Protection Act, you may exercise the following rights concerning your personal data: (1) Inquire or request to view; (2) Request a copy; (3) Request supplementation or correction; (4) Request cessation of collection, processing, or use; (5) Request deletion. However, the Library may refuse requests necessary for the execution of its services.

7. Legal Compliance
The Library may provide personal data and related information in compliance with legal orders or requests from competent authorities or judicial authorities in accordance with the law.
