We are happy to introduce our new Preservation Pantry!  Borrow food preservation equipment from the Extension Office for free!  The following items are on loan and can be checked out for a week at a time through the Extension Office.  

IMPORTANT NOTE:  YOU MUST CALL AHEAD IN ORDER TO MAKE SURE THAT THE ITEM IS AVAILABLE AND NOT ALREADY CHECKED OUT! PLEASE DO NOT STOP BY AS THE ITEM YOU ARE LOOKING FOR MAY ALREADY BE ON LOAN!

*Food dehydrator (Homdox 8 tray)

*Water bath canner

*Canning accessory kits (2 Kits available each containing: funnel, jar lifter, wrench, lid lifter, canning tongs, bubble popper)

*Pressure canner (Presto 23 qt)

*Pampered Chef apple peeler/corer
