Nan Clayton PTA's new Google Group Email Distribution List
Do you want to stay informed of the latest news for 2024-25 PTA events like Family Fitness night, the Adults-Only Fundraiser, Culture Night, Spring Carnival, etc? Complete this form to be added to the Nan Clayton PTA's new communication email distribution list: noreplyptaclaytoncardinals@nanclaytonpta.org. 

The current Google group and associated email address are being retired on May 31, 2024. 

Why are we retiring this Google Group and associated email address? 
  • For safety and security purposes and to ensure communication is only distributed to parents, guardians, PTA members, and Clayton Elementary employees.
  • The email account (noreplyclaytoncaridnals@gmail.com) and affiliated Google Group (claytonelementary@googlegroups.com) were initiated in 2006 and include >1,000 email addresses, many of which are long gone from Clayton. It is difficult to determine who is and is not affiliated with Clayton Elementary. 
  • The email address and group are "owned" by a former Clayton parent who created the group in 2006, and we are not able to transfer ownership to the @nanclaytonpta.org domain now used by the Clayton PTA.
  • PTA is taking 2024-25 school year to assess communication platforms in an effort to better streamline community news.
