As a leading nonprofit, we provide holistic, one-on-one mentoring, spiritual formation, individualized empowerment programs, and worship spaces that nurture identities, education, spirituality, and social skills. Our mission is to transform lives, one individual at a time through our faith-driven, assessment-based, customized plan, progress-tracking, and result-oriented approach.

Mission Partners are comprised of seasoned Christian philanthropists, business entrepreneurs, and professionals, who believe in, and are willing to invest in the vision of transforming the lives of individuals with special needs and their families from a faith-based approach. Our Mission Partners will support the Organization in two major ways: Financial Support and Fundraising.
