Tacoma SRTS | Bike Rodeo Kit Checkout Form
Please fill out all fields to request to check out the City of Tacoma's SRTS Bike Rodeo Kit. Please provide a minimum of 3-weeks before your event for your request to be processed and to coordinate hand-off.

Are you able to come to the Tacoma Municipal Building to pick up the kit within 3-7 days of your event? 
The Tacoma Municipal Building is located downtown at 747 Market St, Tacoma, WA, 98402 and is open Monday - Friday from 8am - 5pm.

This kit includes:

Station signs 
Station mounting cones 
Short course-outline cones 
Tennis balls cut in half - for the rock dodge station
Educational laminated posters
3 Helmets of each size (toddler, small, medium, large, and x-large)

The community kit does not include the following materials that are helpful when hosting a bike rodeo:
Welcome table
Sidewalk chalk to mark out the bike rodeo course
Scooters / bikes for students to borrow if they do not have their own 
Bike mechanic to perform ABC Quick Checks on any personal youth bicycle brought to the bike rodeo course

Event organizers using the SRTS’s Community Bike Rodeo Kit must use helmets for all attendees who plan to ride, have all attendees/adults sign a liability waiver, and provide any other event-related materials.
