Representatives are responsible for communicating events and important information to their class and gathering feedback for AVID Exec decisions.  Some specific responsibilities include:
- Commit to shadowing/helping one of the committees.
- Provide classmates nightly reminders.
- Organize food Friday for your class.
- Take detailed notes at general AVID Exec meetings (every Monday during lunch).
- Meet with the AVID Presidents to ensure accuracy of information (what, when, where, purpose).
- Task completion as needed by committees such as: recruiting volunteers for events, taking t-shirt. orders, taking pictures and videos of class activities such as field trips.
- Collaborate with teacher about when to present information to the class.
