This form is to report behaviors that feel unsafe or violate/ignore our consent standards. You may use this form to report incidents that happened at any event, or any point in time - not just Playamory events. It is our way of opening up the lines of communications to keep our community safe. People who have been involved in incidents at other events are a risk to the safety of our events.
