Health and Safety Plan Family Questions
Please read through the details of the plan before submitting a question below, as many of the questions may already be answered throughout the plan.  However, if you have questions that you feel may not have been addressed in the plan, please include them below so that we can either answer them directly with families or during our virtual Q&A for families on Friday, August 14th at 10:00 am.  

This 45-minute session will address pre-submitted questions.  Questions will be accepted on this form until 5:00 pm on Thursday, August 13th. If you cannot attend the Friday session, we will post an FAQ on the website next week for further reference.
