The quarters provided during the RWX session are a shared dorm room which will house all of the RWX participants regardless of their gender identity.

There is no smoking and no open flames indoors. 

We love animals, but pets are not allowed to participate in the RWX program.

The Residential Work Exchange program is a time and labor commitment and we ask that RWX participants do not leave for more than 4 consecutive days during their session  (unless it is an emergency). 

The program requires self-motivation in completing daily chores and finishing projects on timelines. The RWX participants are asked to follow instructions, work on their own, keep track of projects, work in teams and attend check-in and admin meetings.

Please note that The Field Center has the right to ask a RWX participant to leave the program prior to the ending date of their original time for any reason they see fit and/or if commitment of the terms of the Residential Work Exchange program are not upheld by the RWX participant. *
